“Repentance for the forgiveness of sin.” Luke 3:3
To turn to God to receive forgiveness from sins implies turning away from sins.
To be followers of Jesus we cannot just say we believe in Him and then live any way we choose.
Neither can we simply live a moral life without a personal relationship with God. Because good behavior cannot bring forgiveness from sin.
Ask God to help you rid your life of any sins He points out, and then allow Him to transform you so you live in a way that pleases Him. In a well considered confession on Wednesday 11.12.24.
