1. To declare and teach the Jesus of Nazareth is Lord and Savior to “make disciples of all the nations” Matthew 28:19

“Simon Peter answered, you are the Messiah, the son of the living God.” Matthew 16:16

“So let every one in Israel know for certain that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified to be both Lord and Messiah !” Acts 2:36.

2. To strengthen the hope and trust of those who believed in Jesus to be both Lord and Savior.

 “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that He might sift you like wheat, but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brethren.” Luke 22:31-32

Almighty ever living God.

Protect Pope Leo you have chosen for us. 

Equip Him with the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit to declare and teach the Jesus of Nazareth is Lord and Savior to make disciples of all the nations, and to strengthen the faith of those who believed. Amen.
